Sally Groves talk: Out on the Costa del Trico!

Event location: Working Class Movement Library

Date: 10th Apr 2019

Event time: 14:00 to 15:00

Sally was the Publicity Officer on the Trico Strike Committee and will talk about the 1976 21-week equal pay strike at the Trico Folberth factory in Brentford. This took place in the context of Barbara Castle’s Equal Pay Act 1970 but is still, sadly, highly relevant today.

This is part of the series of Invisible Histories talks. Admission free; all welcome.
